When a decision about whether to operate or not drags on, then an operation to put 9 screws in and a plate is done, 8 weeks can pass very quickly. Pain and fear kept not only my shoulder inactive for all that time, but the whole half of my upper torso. When Nadia spent one afternoon with me, within two hours, she had me moving my shoulder and rotating my arm. She dealt so kindly and firmly with my fear, and made me meet the pain with confidence. All the time she made me feel comfortable and confident through her kind support. Showing me pictures of the shoulder and helping me understand the mechanics of it allowed me to take control of my injury.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Times;font-size:9pt;color:black;"   lang="EN-US" &gt;The change was immediate and dramatic.
